To ensure that your order is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame advertised, please kindly make sure your shipping address is fully entered and correct. There will be no amendment to your address once we have dispatched your parcel. We do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping information. We do not provide refund for any return parcels due to failed attempted delivery or expired collection period.
We do not charge taxes on your order, but you may be required to pay additional duties or taxes if requested by your local customs.

Please take note that for all shipping, you will see the status: Shipping Label Created, Awaiting Item. This shows that we have dispatched the order to the shipping company. The tracking status will be updated again when the parcel reaches the destination country.
All orders will be dispatched from our overseas manufacturing warehouse within 3 business days. In current peak periods please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch.

Due to the high volume of orders we are currently experiencing, we are unable to offer expedited shipping services. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.
If you require your order by a specific delivery date, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to advise you on the estimated order processing and shipping timeframes so you can determine whether your requested delivery date can be accommodated.
While we will do our best to provide accurate shipping estimates, delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed, as shipping times may be affected by carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
If you refuse any shipments from us, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Order cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within the first 1 hour they've been placed. After an hour, our team will have already registered your order in our system and in our carrier's system.
